ACCORD’s office is located in downtown Great Barrington. Our primary service area is southern Berkshire County, including all of the towns served by the Berkshire Southern District Registry of Deeds, as well as certain towns and cities served by the Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds.

ACCORD does not provide land surveying and engineering services outside of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at this time. Services may be provided to areas outside of Berkshire County. For smaller projects, driving costs (to Registry of Deeds, site, meetings, etc.) can be prohibitive, and we encourage our customers to seek proposals from competent practitioners in their area. However, for certain projects, driving costs may be less of a factor. As a result, we occasionally provide services in Middle and North Berkshire County, as well as the Pioneer Valley (Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden Counties).
